First Visit

If you are scheduling a consultation with us, we recommend preparing a few questions to ask during your visit. Consultations are the perfect time to ask any specific questions that you have about your orthodontic treatment options and how they will work with your budget and lifestyle. We will be looking at your teeth and gums and taking X-rays and pictures, so you should be prepared for that as well.

Once we have your X-rays and dental impressions, we will need at least a few days to use these measurements to design your custom treatment plan. If you decide to go with clear aligner therapy, it will take about a week or two for your custom clear aligners to be shipped to our office. We know that patients are often anxious to begin their orthodontic journey, and we do our best to move the process along as fast as we can.

Orthodontic consultations can be scheduled for patients around seven years old or older. However, this does not mean that the patient will necessarily begin wearing braces at seven. Our team can assess the patient’s teeth and jaw and provide an expert recommendation for when the patient should start treatment. Once you are ready to start treatment, all you have to do is get in touch with our team, and we’ll take it from there!
